Your Stage at Riverfield

Construction of each stage in Riverfield’s original precinct has been progressing well in recent months.

Exciting news for our residents in Stage 6, which is forecast to title in September! Our team is currently working through final audits, with Statement of Compliance expected by the end of August, and Settlements to commence in mid to late September.

Construction works are about to wrap up for Stage 3, with footpaths due for Completion next week. Statement of Compliance is expected by mid-September with settlements to commence in early October.

Finally, Earthworks and Sewer works are now complete for Stage 9. Our team is now finishing off the installation of water mains and will be moving onto Kerb and Channel works later this month. Statement of Compliance is expected in November, with settlements to follow later that month.

Planting and Parks

The Riverfield community will soon be looking a little greener, with trees to be planted along the verges of Stages 1, 2, 4 and 5 during August! Trees in Stages 3 and 6 will be planted later in the year.

In other exciting news, we have recently submitted an approval request for the park in Stage 4 – as seen in this beautiful render! If all goes well, we should be awarding the contract to bring this park to life this month. Once all that is finalised, we’ll be sure to update you on a confirmed commencement date, estimated to be in October 2022.

Lastly, weed management works in Riverfield’s adjoining Conservation Area are due to commence in September. Our team is working in cooperation with the relevant authorities to prepare detailed plans for this area.

On the road again

There have been a lot of roadworks in and around Clyde in the last 6 months, as Council infrastructure is upgraded to ensure safety and usability for motorists in our growing community. Part of these works has been a major upgrade of Bells Road. In September, the Bells Road entrance to our community will officially open, providing direct access for residents in Stage 6!

Progress on Ballarto Road is also well underway, with IN12 works to commence in September/October 2022. IN12 refers to the Ballarto Road intersection works Riverfield developer, Brown Property Group, is responsible for at the southeast corner of our community, as outlined in the Precinct Structure Plan.

These works include the urbanisation of a portion of Ballarto Road and will facilitate the future connection between Ballarto Road and Riverland Road (ultimately connecting to Pattersons Road). These essential works will ultimately provide our residents with an additional entrance/exit onto Ballarto Road via a 4-way signalised intersection.

It has been a busy few months at Riverfield, and we’re thrilled to update you on all that our team has accomplished of late. We’ll be sure to bring you more construction news as things progress, both within our original precinct and brand new additions, like Riverfield Square. In the meantime, be sure to visit our Facebook and Instagram pages for more community news as we work to bring our thriving Clyde community to life!
