Since our launch in July 2020, Riverfield has flourished, with lots selling out in record time and construction progressing strongly! Now, the next exciting phase of our community has arrived, with the introduction of two new precincts: Riverfield Square and Riverfield Promenade!
The new precincts will be located to the west of the current community. This makes Riverfield one of the largest developments in the area! We’re incredibly excited to become an even bigger part of the growing southeast, and Clyde in particular!
Riverfield Square – where life takes shape
Located in the westernmost parcel (running from Tuckers Road halfway to Bells Road) Riverfield Square will offer home buyers the unique opportunity to live within walking distance of a number of exciting new amenities coming to Clyde, including the proposed major town centre, Clyde train station, Clyde Secondary College and Clyde Creek Primary School.

These additions to the community are set to benefit future residents enormously, particularly families finding their forever home in Clyde.
