If you’ve visited the Riverfield site recently to have a look at your future community, you would have seen a lot of action!
Our construction crew has been hard at work completing bulk Earthworks for the first six stages. This has included shaping the land to the desired design levels and removing and storing the topsoil for later use.
Construction has progressed further in Stage 1, with both the earthworks and Sewer phases now complete. Work has commenced on the stage’s Stormwater Drainage, which includes the construction of all stormwater pipes and pits, allowing for safe draining of all stormwater away from homes to prevent flooding.
Stage 2 residents will be pleased to hear Sewer works have commenced on their stage. This phase involves the construction of all trunk and reticulation sewers to provide sanitation services to each home.
