When scouring locations to build their first home, Rebecca and Mark were drawn to Riverfield’s masterplan, particularly the abundance of wide open space.
“The layout of the Riverfield estate was what we were looking for and the development of the new Clyde Regional Park across the road was a big draw card.”
This fantastic expanse of parkland will be complemented by 28 hectares of open space within the Riverfield masterplan itself, including Riverfield Park which is now under construction!
Local parks and greenspace aren’t the only things on the horizon at Riverfield Clyde. Rebecca and Mark were also impressed with the community’s local infrastructure and the potential to grow and be developed in the future. This includes a brand new Lifestyle Community and Local Convenience Centre. We’ll share more updates on this soon, so stay tuned to our news page to get all the latest on this project. A raft of future major amenities including a primary school, active open space with sports ovals, a district and local park, walking and cycling tracks, a town centre and more will also all be located in Riverfield Square.
Community connection
As City of Casey locals already, the couple were keen to build in Clyde to remain close to family and friends, while also having access to life’s essential amenities.
“The local community is well established, so having a wide variety of shops, and local attractions nearby is fantastic.
