Our Riverfield community has continued to advance well throughout 2025. Here are just a few of the highlights…

  • Across the Riverfield community, 469 lots were delivered throughout 2025.
  • A total of 10 stages were titled, helping more families take their next step toward building.
  • We approved 284 house plans across the year.
  • Our team also built 30 new roads, spanning more than 5.5 kilometres in length.
  • There are now 21 Display Homes open for visitors to explore.
  • An additional 16 new Display Homes are scheduled to open in the New Year.
  • A total of 14 builders are on board and ready to showcase their homes.
  • We delivered two new intersections at Tuckers Road and Cerulean Promenade, and at Tuckers Road and Veridian Boulevard.
  • Across the community, 37,912m² of asphalt was laid – roughly equivalent to the size of Federation Square!
  • We also planted 7,559 new trees and plants to enhance our green spaces.
  • Farm Gate Local* opened to the community.
  • Aspire Riverfield Early Learning Centre* also opened this year.
  • Our Sales Office was relocated to its new home.
  • The Greenlink was constructed, improving local connectivity.
  • Intersection works at Ballarto Road and Timberwolf Drive are currently underway.
  • Work has commenced on the Cultural Heritage Reserve in Stage 25.
  • Preparations are progressing for the launch of a new precinct, Riverfield Promenade.
  • Kulap Primary School* is planned to open in Term 1, 2026.

Our Sales Office will be closed over the holiday break from 5pm on Wednesday 17th December and will re-open on Monday 5th January.
