As we wave goodbye to winter and welcome the warmer days of spring (hopefully), things are blossoming beautifully here at Riverfield! The construction of Riverfield Square is speeding along, setting the stage for a vibrant community that will soon come to life.
Our civil team has been hard at work, with earthworks in Stages 21 and 22 now complete. Sewer installation is underway, and drainage has also just started. If all goes to plan, Stage 21 titles are anticipated in February 2025, and for those waiting on Stage 22, we’re aiming for March 2025.
Stage 23 is making headway, too, with earthworks on track and sewer installation planned for to commence shortly. Titles for this stage are on track for April 2025. And while we’re looking ahead, it’s exciting to report that progress in Stages 24 and 25 is moving along smoothly as well. We’re expecting titles in May 2025 and June 2025, respectively, for these stages.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the strides we’ve made in critical infrastructure. The main sewer pipe has been installed and is now undergoing compliance checks by the relevant authority. Meanwhile, Tuckers Road and the main entrance to Riverfield are steadily taking shape—another great reason to celebrate the change in seasons!
As we look forward to the sunshine and clear skies, we’re reminded that each step in our construction journey brings us closer to welcoming Riverfield Square’s first residents. Exciting things are on the horizon, and we can’t wait to share more milestones with you as we continue to build this incredible community.
