As we move further into the year, construction at Riverfield Square is advancing at an impressive pace. Our team has been working tirelessly to bring this vibrant community to life, with each milestone bringing us one step closer to completion.
Stage 23 has reached a significant milestone, with all electrical and communications infrastructure installed, footpaths constructed, roads asphalted, and topsoiling completed. The retaining walls are now in place and lodgement of titles is imminent.
Stage 24 is following closely behind, with electrical and communications infrastructure fully installed, road asphalting complete, and retaining walls installed. Valuations are underway, creating excitement amongst purchasers of this stage who look to settle on their lots very soon.
Over in Stage 25 at Riverfield Rise, major infrastructure works have been completed, including the installation of sewer mains and watermains. The roads have been boxed and rubble laid, with kerb installation now finalised. These crucial steps ensure the foundations are in place as we move toward the next phase of development.
Stage 29 is also making great strides, with sewer mains fully installed and road boxing completed. Kerb installation has also been finalised, ensuring the stage is well on its way to further progress in the coming months.
Finally, Stage 30 has reached an exciting milestone with the completion of earthworks and the installation of sewer mains. With these foundational works now complete, this stage is well-positioned for the next phase of development as we look ahead to future milestones.
