It was a big winter for the Riverfield construction team! Two more stages—29 and 30—are now titled, with Stage 31 to follow this spring. This is in addition to the recent titling of Stages 21–24, with the community buzzing with activity as excited owners start building their dream homes!
Stages 26 and 27 are also wrapping up soon, with both expected to be completed this spring. Works are also progressing well on Stages 32 and 33; we anticipate drainage will be built and roads asphalted before the end of the year.
Roads and Intersections
Across the community, the construction team has been just as busy. The Tuckers Road upgrades have now been completed, including the brand-new intersection at Veridian Boulevard. The final touches on Tuckers Road will commence before Christmas, while works on Ballarto Road and Timberwolf Drive are scheduled to kick off this spring.
Sewer and Water Works
Vital infrastructure has also been a major focus. Along Ballarto Road, a new branch sewer has been installed to service the growing community. A big set of twin drainage pipes will also be laid here, with works starting this spring and continuing into summer.
On Tuckers Road, a new watermain has been completed, with a secondary watermain to follow this spring. These upgrades will ensure Riverfield is well-supported as more families move in and call the community home.
