As we move toward the end of the year, construction activity across Riverfield continues to progress. From major roadworks to upcoming natural spaces and newly titled stages, there’s plenty happening on the ground as our growing community takes shape.

Greenlink Nearing Completion

Construction of the highly anticipated Greenlink is well underway, with strong progress made throughout spring. On track for completion next month, this new green corridor will become a central lifestyle feature for future residents, offering open space, shared paths, and natural landscaping that connects key precincts across Riverfield.

Heritage Reserve – Stage 25

Works on the Heritage Reserve—located within Stages 25—is scheduled to commence in the New Year. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, all construction will be completed manually to ensure the heritage values of the area are preserved. These works are targeted for completion by Easter, delivering an important and meaningful feature to the Riverfield landscape.

Stage Progress & Titles Update

There has been exciting progress across several stages this month:

  • Stage 31 is now officially titled, paving the way for purchasers to take their next steps toward building their future homes.
  • Stages 26 & 27 have reached construction completion, with Titles anticipated later this month.
  • Stages 32 & 33 remain on track, with the team aiming to finalise construction by the end of the year.

This continued delivery reflects strong momentum as we head into the final month of 2025.

Roadworks: Timberwolf Drive & Ballarto Road

Construction of Timberwolf Drive and Ballarto Road is set to kick off in the New Year. These upgrades are positioned directly alongside the future Lifestyle Community planned for Riverfield Square, marking an important step forward in unlocking connectivity and convenience for the entire community.
