Construction across Riverfield continues to move ahead at a strong pace, with multiple stages advancing and key community infrastructure taking shape.
It’s an exciting time for the community, as more future residents get closer to settlement and the landscape of Riverfield continues to evolve.
Stage Progress Update
Stage 28
Works in Stage 28 are progressing well, with footpaths currently underway and the retaining wall along the northern boundary—adjacent to the Heritage Reserve—nearing completion.
The wearing course is expected to be placed in the coming weeks, followed by topsoil across lots and nature strips.
Practical Completion is anticipated for late May, with Statement of Compliance expected in early June. Subject to approvals, titles are on track for June.
Stage 34
Stage 34 has achieved an important milestone, receiving Titles Registration on 12 May.
Settlement will be commencing shortly. Purchasers are encouraged to monitor their emails for further updates.
Stage 35
Construction is progressing in Stage 35, with water reticulation currently underway to service future homesites. This will service future residents with both drinking and recycled water.
This will be followed by the placement of the crushed rock base and kerb installation, helping to define the road network throughout the stage.
Completion is anticipated for early July, with titles expected in early August.
Stage 36
Stage 36 is preparing to commence drainage reticulation works, with road boxing to follow shortly after.
Over the coming months, road pavement works will begin, including the placement of the first asphalt layer as the stage continues to take shape.
Community Updates
Stage 25 Cultural Heritage Reserve
The Cultural Heritage Reserve in Stage 25 is coming together beautifully, with seating, planting and mulch currently being installed.
Positioned at one of the highest points in the community, the reserve will offer residents and visitors a scenic walking connection through Riverfield Rise, along with elevated views across the community.
The reserve is expected to open in the coming weeks, following Practical Completion and Council sign-off.
District Park
Planning for the future District Park is progressing through the design phase, with layouts, features and final scope currently being refined in collaboration with Council.
Once complete, the park will offer a diverse range of amenities including shelters, BBQ facilities, water play, a flying fox, quad swing, kickabout area, expansive playground and edible gardens—creating a vibrant space for the whole community to enjoy.
Ballarto Road/Timberwolf Drive
Construction of the Ballarto Road / Timberwolf Drive intersection is now underway, with earthworks currently in progress.
This key connection will provide future access into Riverfield from Ballarto Road, improving connectivity and supporting the continued growth of the community.
Plenty is happening behind the scenes, and we’re proud of the steady momentum across the community. We’ll continue to keep you updated as each stage progresses and more milestones are achieved.
