Riverfield is about to have a whole lot more space to ride and roam, with fantastic progress being made on Riverfield Park and our brand-new Pump Track! This is great news for residents who have already moved into their brand new homes in our Clyde estate, with a greater connection to the outdoors soon to be possible.
Riverfield Park
The BPG civil team has been making great progress this year, bringing the oasis that will be Riverfield Park to life. To date, all the hard work underground is complete, with drainage and services installed. If you’ve driven past recently, you might have noticed that the installation of our awesome adventure playground equipment is underway.
Next up, footpaths and concrete edging will be installed, along with final touches like soft fall mulch. Once that’s all taken care of, we’ll be looking forward to the completion of Riverfield Park by April 2023!
Pump Track
For those who prefer life on two wheels, Riverfield’s BMX Pump Track is also nearing completion. The team has been hard at work, laying perfectly smooth asphalt to create a fun (and speedy) course.
Line markings and final touches will be made over the coming weeks, with riders able to test things out for themselves in April.
It’s fantastic to see these key amenities for our Clyde community taking shape, and we can’t wait to have our first residents enjoy all they have to offer!
