Celebrating Milestones, Embracing Growth
The past 12 months have been incredibly exciting for our Riverfield community, so let’s reminisce and take a look back at some of the highlights!
- Construction of all stages in the original Riverfield precinct is complete! We are thrilled to have had around 200 residents move into their new homes throughout the community, with 227 lots delivered across 5 stages and 204 house plans approved.
- Riverfield Park was delivered and opened for residents to enjoy, complete with an adventure playground, sports court, BBQ facilities and an awesome BMX pump track.
- Major road upgrades were completed, with around 4.5km of asphalt laid across 15 new internal roads throughout the Riverfield community. The signalised intersection at Riverland Road is also complete and operational, providing additional access to Ballarto Road.
- Our most exclusive precinct yet – Riverfield Rise – launched in October, offering homebuyers exciting new land opportunities.
- Approximately half the houses in the Lifestyle Communities are already complete, with the first residents due to move in by the end of the year.
- Clyde Secondary College welcomed its first cohort of Year 8 students, expanding its enrolments as the school grows.
- A site for the future government primary school was settled in August, with the Victorian School Building Authority officially acquiring land.
- Our Local Convenience Centre site was purchased by Oreana Property Group and settled in June. Oreana is now in the process of obtaining a planning permit for the site with Casey City Council.
- A brand new Display Village is coming soon to Riverfield Square!
We can’t wait to see what’s to come for the New Year at Riverfield and look forward to welcoming many more families to our Clyde community in 2024.
Our Land Sales Office will be closed over the holiday break from 5pm on Wednesday 20th December and will re-open on Saturday 6th January.
