Summer might be over, but it’s always construction season at Riverfield! Our team has been hard at work as usual, getting each stage ready for our wonderful future residents! Carry on reading to get the lowdown on our most recent progress.
First off, we’re very pleased to report all required Earthworks for Stages 1 to 3 are now complete! That includes excavation works and placement of fill for these first few stages. Site establishment, including the removal of pre-existing farming structures and equipment, has also wrapped up.
Next, our team will commence sewer and drainage works for Stage 1, which we expect to begin in early April. With construction progressing nicely, all stages are on track to meet their forecasted title dates. Fantastic news indeed!
