It’s been a solid start to the year for our community, with Brown Civil working as hard as ever to progress each stage at Riverfield. There’s a bit to catch up on so we’ll just dive right in!
Firstly, we’re excited to report that work on Stages 1, 2 and 4 is nearing completion. Essential services have all been installed, and final asphalt and levelling works are currently underway.
Over the next few weeks, our team will be working through final audits, ensuring everything is within compliance in order to get the tick of approval from the authorities. We are anticipating final sign off from Council in late April, which will allow the stages to title during May. Not long now!
External works, including road widening, a bridge and the entrance into the estate, is also required prior to Stage 1 achieving Statement of Compliance. This is on track to being completed and ready to open at the end of April.
Stage 5 titles are due to follow close behind – our team is currently undertaking water and sewer testing and looking to finish kerbs and asphalt in the coming weeks. Statement of Compliance is currently forecast for mid-May.
