Spring has sprung and despite the recent lockdown, Brown Civil have been working as hard as ever to progress each stage at Riverfield. There’s a lot to catch up on so we’ll just dive right in!
Stage 1 has reached an exciting milestone, now over the half way mark! Power and communication services installation will commence this month. This will ensure street lighting, electricity, internet and phone services are connected to each lot.
Meanwhile, over in Stage 2, road boxing is now complete! That means work on the road kerbs and channels can commence in the coming weeks. This will involve the pouring of concrete kerbs, installed along the edges of the new roads to help transfer stormwater runoff into the drainage network. Work is also underway on the water and gas mains.
Purchasers in our newest release, Stage 3, will be happy to hear that work is also commencing on your slice of Riverfield, with earthworks already complete!
There’s a lot happening in Stage 4 at the moment, with construction of stormwater drainage underway. This essential work will include the construction of all pipes and pits, which allow the safe draining of all stormwater away from future homes, preventing flooding.
And last but not least, sewer, water and gas works are penciled in for Stage 5 in the months ahead. Stay tuned for more updates on this in the near future.
