There has been significant progress across Riverfield Square as we enter August, with new stages nearing completion and key infrastructure works underway. Whether you are building your dream home or following the development of the community, here is the latest update.

Stages Completed

No fewer than SIX stages have reached completion recently, including Stages 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 29! This huge milestone marks another exciting step forward for Riverfield Square, with more homes to follow and new neighbours moving in.

Stages Under Construction

Across the rest of the community, construction continues for several stages, each at a different phase of development:

  • Stage 30 – Footpaths, asphalt and stone retaining walls are progressing.
  • Stage 31 – A-grade works are complete, with electrical and communications services scheduled to be installed in the coming weeks.
  • Stage 26 – Watermain works are nearing completion, with kerb installation commencing next week.
  • Stage 27 – Road crossings and road preparation are underway, with watermain works due to begin in the coming weeks.
  • Stage 32 – Sewer works are scheduled to commence next week.
  • Stage 33 – Earthworks are ongoing and progressing well.

Infrastructure and Community Works

In addition to residential progress, significant work is also underway on broader community infrastructure.

The Tuckers Road and Viridian Boulevard intersection is on track for completion by the end of September, improving access in and out of the estate.

Along Ballarto Road, the branch sewer has now been completed. This crucial upgrade ensures every home within Riverfield Square and surrounding neighbourhoods will be properly connected, with waste efficiently directed to the main sewer pump station.

Watermain works along the same stretch are set to begin shortly. These will deliver both drinking water and recycled water to the estate.
