Our Riverfield community has continued to advance well throughout 2024. Here are just a few of the highlights…

  • Construction of our original Riverfield precinct is 100% complete, with all 525 lots titled and 90% of residents already moved in!
  • A total of 642 streetscape trees have been planted, enhancing the community’s green spaces.
  • We are halfway through the two-year Clyde Creek Weed Management Plan, ensuring the area’s natural environment is well-maintained.
  • Nearly 12,000 native grasses and shrubs have been planted across the precinct to promote biodiversity and beautify the landscape.
  • The design stage of the Clyde Creek pedestrian bridge has been completed, paving the way for future connectivity within the community.
  • Farm Gate Local by Oreana Group is now under construction and will include a supermarket, food and beverage options, restaurants and retail outlets.
  • Aspire Early Learning, part of the Farm Gate Local development, is under construction and will accommodate 146 children, offering families a convenient childcare solution.
  • The homes and clubhouse for Lifestyle Communities are 70% complete, bringing this exciting development closer to reality.
  • Construction of Riverfield Square and Riverfield Rise is underway, marking the next steps in our growing community.
  • Major sewerage and stormwater pipework have been completed, supporting the infrastructure for Riverfield’s future growth.
  • Stage 1 construction of Riverfield Square is now complete, with further progress to follow soon.
  • Builders are set to commence work on the Display Village in early 2025, showcasing a variety of home designs.
  • The intersection of Tuckers Road and Cerulean Promenade has been completed, providing convenient access to Riverfield Square from Tuckers Road.
  • Upgrades to Tuckers Road have commenced, improving accessibility and connectivity for residents and visitors alike.

We can’t wait to see what’s to come for the New Year at Riverfield and look forward to welcoming many more families to our Clyde community in 2025.

Our Land Sales Office will be closed over the holiday break from 5pm on Wednesday 18th December and will re-open on Saturday 4th January.
