As the end of the year rapidly approaches, our construction team is hard at work on Riverfield Square, ensuring we continue to make great progress and see 2024 out with a bang!
Our civil team has been hard at work, with the Tuckers Road intersection and community entry set to be completed in December, just in time for the festive season!
As far as our development stages go, Stage 21 is on track to title in February, with kerb works now complete and asphalt underway. Footpath and topsoil works are also scheduled for November.
For Stage 22, which is also forecast to title in February 2025, kerb works and watermain installation are underway, with asphalt scheduled for November.
Stage 23 is making headway, too, with sewer installation complete and road pavement construction to commence shortly. Following this, watermain works will commence. Titles for this stage remain on track for April 2025.
And while we’re looking ahead, we’re happy to report that sewer works have begun for Stage 24 and earthworks are underway for Stage 25. We’re expecting titles in May 2025 and June 2025, respectively, for these stages.
Finally, Stage 26 is expected to title in Q2 2026, and Stage 29 titles are expected in August 2025, with Stage 30 to follow in October 2025.
As we look forward to a wonderful festive season ahead, we’re reminded that each step in our construction journey brings us closer to welcoming Riverfield Square’s first residents’ home.
